I have been blogging since 2008, but I do not have a regular posting schedule.  I intend to keep blogging indefinitely (I’ve been bitten by the blogging bug!), but I refuse to let this hobby interfere with the other areas of my life.  This results in an erratic posting schedule.  I can’t tell you when I will post because I don’tt know myself until I hit the publish button.

If you dig through my archives, you can see that I am not your ordinary health blogger.  My topics range from emotional eating, injuries, exercising, hormones, differences between women vs men, food advertising, etc.  I am just interested in everything related to achieving vibrant health.
