I posted recently on my mommy blog today about how to get affordable pregnancy health insurance if you live in California. Every baby deserves a healthy start, and prenatal care is vital to the future health of your baby.
Here’s an excerpt from the post:
Access for Infants and Mothers (AIM) is part of California’s goal of providing affordable health insurance to working families. AIM provides affordable health insurance to middle income families who do not have health insurance for pregnancy and do not qualify for Medi-Cal. You can also apply for the program if your health insurance makes you pay more than $500, co-pays and deductible, for maternity related services… An example of paying more than $500 for maternity related services is a high deductible from a PPO for delivery.
