Thank you readers for a fantastic blogging year. As I write this, I hope all of you are enjoying a warm drink and laughing with your love ones while your little ones are begging for a peak at their presents. There is never a dull moment with a little one in your life. Thank you for understanding that my baby, Hazelnut, requires more of my attention during her first year of life.
With 2012 just around the corner, I am preparing myself for getting into the best shape of my life. I plan to return to a regular strength training routine and re-learn the skills of eating in moderation. While I am back to my pre-pregnancy weight, I lost some of my strength, flexibility, and endurance. But above all, I want to start instilling a love for movement and healthy eating into Hazelnut. I am already eyeing the mom and me gym class this upcoming summer. Fitness can be fun when you pick the right activity.
