This post is a discussion on the benefits of exercise during pregnancy and what is considered safe pregnancy exercises. I discovered that you cannot expect to pick up right where you left off prior to getting pregnant. As a matter of fact, exercise during pregnancy has its own unique set of challenges, especially since I am still dealing with my torn hip labrum.
