Eating Dilemma: A Case of the Roast Beef Sandwich

Welcome to Small Steps to Health where we do not take orders from a cookie!

I usually have a substantial mini-meal before my Wednesday bowling league.  I have half a sandwich left over from my lunch.  The roast beef was too salty when I ate the other half earlier in the day.

Other co-workers have eaten at the café and have no problem with the salt content in their food.  I usually feel like I gave my tongue a salt bath after eating there (but for some crazy reason, I continue to order their roast beef sandwich every few months because of my taste amnesia).

So what do you think I should do?

Eat the sandwich (I paid $7.50 for it).

Get something else (I would hate to have to spend more money).

Or suck it up and just have dinner after bowling this evening.

Love to hear what you think.
