		<description>If it is a 30 day shred then it should be done as instructed in order to really say if it is effective. So many people have blogged that they did not lose as much weight as what they would have liked, but when you look at if they did use the DVD everyday for 30 days, they have not. So effectively 3 days a week is a 15 day shred, so the results achieved will only be 50%! I&#039;m not being picky, but you really should follow it properly to be able to give an objective view.</description>

Jillian Michaels&#039; workouts do not spend enough time talking about proper form in general.
