		<description>Sagan - I wonder what kind of difference it might make if we truly listen to our bodies.  Would we still starve it in order to squeeze into smaller clothing?  Or would we actually move our bodies like when we were children?  Thanks for the comment Sagan.</description>

		<description>This is a really good point. We don&#039;t often listen to our bodies and get the information that we should about them. On the other hand, I take the pill on purpose so that I DO get mine- otherwise I&#039;ve got amenorrhea.
