Indeed, I guess we just have to do what we can to make sure we still get the best for our family. :) Those extra 2 minutes may seem little, but it can make a huge difference, btw the other reason why I have to bake is as a precaution because someone at home breaks out with eczema when I give them bread that is not wheat free, so it has to be purely grain all the time.

Jaeny - It is more effort to eat sometimes because there are so many tricks that food manufacturers are using to fool us into thinking that we are buying healthy food when it is not. For me, taking the time to bake my own bread is a luxury with an infant in the house. But I can take the extra 2 minutes to scan the ingredient list to make sure my bread is made with whole wheat. Thanks for your comment.

Indeed shopping for groceries can sometimes be a headache with you trying to be healthy, and with companies trying to sell themselves with the wrong label. There are plenty of things to watch out for in the supermarkets these days. Bread, processed foods, dairy. As much as possible, I try to bake my own bread, and get fresh farm milk, it isn't always an option, since sometimes it could be more time consuming than running to the supermarket, but still it is worth every minute.
