My post on Male Menopause and Restoring the Hormonal Balance is on the Total Mind and Body Fitness Blog Carnival today. There are some great articles featured under headings such as Brain Power, Dating, Exercise, Family, Grooming, Money, Nutrition, Stress, and Work.
Tomorrow’s post will be about “fresh produce” in supermarkets. It will be an interesting one since we get produce from around the world year round.
For readers trying to figure out my posting schedule, I really do not have one. Blogging is a hobby that I try to squeeze in. I can write shorter posts, but I find that I generally prefer longer posts that require more research. But thank you for dropping by so diligently.
Until next time and thanks for stopping by Small Steps to Health.
