		<description>I don&#039;t really think taking calcium supplements from 20 years of age is necessary. Ideally, until menopause our diet is a sufficiently good source for calcium. Calcium supplements rarely benefit before 35years of age. Rest of the info is spot on, especially about blood lycopene.
