[...] If I have to classify Active Life Outdoor Challenge, most of the mini-games are in the cardio/plyo category with its running in place and jumps. I am able to keep my heart rate up when I play even though it is less strenuous than Dance Dance Revolution - Hottest Party. [...]

I brought the Amazon bundle that included the soft DDR Mats, but I am considering buying the a rigid one. I find that when I shuffle my feet, it does not lie flat. It is printed on the mat not to wear shoes or socks while using it. If you play with your bare feet, you will find the mat sticking to your feet. It is not as durable as the Wii board for the Wii Fit, so I can see myself replacing it in the future.
