Funny clip about the Exercise Ball

The thing about human nature is that we have a tendency to want to change the environment around us. If we are going to get healthy, we want to share this new discovery with everyone, no matter how annoying we might sound. I was raving about using the exercise ball instead of an office chair to my brother this weekend because he was complaining about his back problem.
Until next time and thanks for stopping by.

I love the Office and that’s a great clip. I also agree that it is interesting that when we are making changes to ourselves, we want to try to help those around us change, especially when we think it is for the better. I found your blog over at iowavenue.com, and I’ll be checking back here frequently.
I cannot get enough of the office! super clip. I am the same way about telling everyone what I am doing with the latest, greatest new thing. I drive everyone crazy I am sure. So funny!! Great site!!!

That is why I am so glad I started my blog. Before I think I drive everyone crazy because I want to share my hobby with them. At least now, I get to talk to like-minded individuals on a regular basis. I think some people actually get offended when you want to share your healthy lifestyle with them because they take it as criticism for the way they live their lives.
hilarious clip! I love it, thank you!
