		<description>@Elena - When it comes to your health, it is better to take all precaution than to be known as a wimp.  You know your body best.  When something hurts, it is a sign to stop what you are doing and figure out what is causing the problem.  You are right.  I would want my knees to last my entire lifetime too!</description>

		<description>Thanks for writing that.  I thought I was being whimpy when my knees wouldn&#039;t take the tall box climb - but maybe it is simply smarter to do a lower step with more weight.  I&#039;d like my knees to last a long time and avoid knee replacement if at all possible!</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve never had a proper knee injury but they do sometimes ache a little after running.  I find that doing some stretch almost always helps to reduce the pain.
