Ever wonder what it would be like after you loose all the extra padding? Here is a quick glance at that future place we are all striving for:

Your career
Good health and fitness give you more confidence and energy for quick thinking. Whether making a presentation or handling difficult clients, this difference will show. Be prepare to move on up.

Your kids
You move closer to being a perfect parent by getting into shape. Instead of vegging out on the couch at the end of the play, you will have more energy to help with homework or play. You will become the role model for a healthy lifestyle. Think of it this way, the more time and energy you have for interacting with your kids, the less time they have in front of the TV.

Your spouse
When you are feeling good and confident about yourself, you cannot help but look and feel sexier. The positive attitude impacts those closest to you.

Your social life
You are what your friends eat. Since you have the courage to take control of your eating and your health, wouldn’t you want your friends to feel the positive effect that you do? Plan some social outings that focus on physical activity and not on food.

Whatever life you think you should be living, now is the time to embrace it. If you have not reached your goal yet, do not feel discourage.

I hope that by the end of this summer, I will be at least halfway to my goal weight. But I sure am not going to put my life on hold until I loose my extra weight.

There are people in your life who loves you whether you are 20 pounds overweight or at a healthy weight. Bring some sanity back into your life. Happiness does not wait until you are at a healthy weight.
